About Us

Established in 1985, we are Sydney’s oldest Massage Parlour. We have 22 massage rooms, 11 spas, a roster of about 50 massage ladies who all love working with us, and a lot of regular clients who just can’t get enough of the place. We pride ourselves on providing a clean, safe, and legal (and now Covid-Safe) establishment that supports women who want to do sex work. We only take on managers who have experience doing adult work themselves, as they are best suited to understand the needs of our clients and massage ladies.

What we’re looking for

We have two vacancies for nights (including weekends) 5pm-1am and 7pm-3am.

Our service providers say the right person for the job is a straight talker who respects them and their work, who is friendly but strong enough to handle difficult clients when the need arises. Someone with a high degree of integrity who understands that the primary duty of a manager is to promote harm minimisation and healthy boundaries. We need you to be able to think quickly and demonstrate empathy for service providers and their clients. Our most successful managers are women aged 35-55 who have a background doing adult work themselves. Most of our managers work 3-4 shifts per week around their family commitments, but opportunities are available to work 5 shifts per week if desired by the applicant.

Duties include reception work and cash handling, housekeeping, and arranging customer bookings. It is a very active job, and our building has a lot of stairs so our managers need to be in good health. We’re a small team, but you never work alone – we have at least two managers working every shift and the Chief of Operations or the Owner are always on premises.

Our focus is ongoing training and we’re always looking to up-skill our managers through on-the-job coaching, so a love of learning is an advantage. The ideal candidate will have an intermediate level of English and basic computer literacy. A core part of the job is gathering information and applying it to achieve beneficial outcomes for our service providers and clients. Customer service experience is an advantage and experience doing in-person adult work is essential.

We are not accepting applicants without adult work experience.

Due to the nature of the business, working from home is not an option as this is a customer facing role. As such we require all our staff to be double-vaccinated for Covid-19.

Hours & Pay

  • The nature of the business requires our managers to be available nights and weekends.
  • Availability on Friday & Saturday is essential.
  • We cannot consider applicants who need to work exclusively during the day
  • Successful applicants will start part time (16-24 hours)
  • Details of pay will be discussed in interviews

Kings Court complies with the SafeWork New South Wales Health and Safety Guidelines for Sex Service Premises in NSW which applies to all massage parlours, brothels, BDSM houses and escort agencies in our state.

Next Steps

  • Once your application is received you may be invited to a phone interview, and if you are successful at the phone interview we will ask you to come in for a tour of the premises and a face-to-face interview.
  • Success at the face-to-face interview will lead to an offer of a paid two-week trial period and this will be followed by a probationary period of six months if all goes well.
